Ordering our Products

Products can be ordered on-line, by telephone or e-mail.  Details on the different ways of ordering are provided below:-

On-Line:

To order on line simply choose “add to basket” on the item you wish to purchase. This will take you to our Paypal facility page where you can amend the quantity as you wish. You can choose to check out and pay or to return to continue shopping as you wish.  Once you have completed your order, choose “check out” to see the cost of your order including any delivery charges, then choose “proceed” to process your order, or you can cancel at this stage and start again if you need to.

Please note that if wish to collect your order, or the delivery address is within a 40 mile radius of postcode FK14 7LR, there is no delivery charge if you order by telephone.

Delivery and Collection:

For on-line orders, delivery charges are indicated on the check out summary of your shopping cart. This allows you to check the delivery charge before you confirm your order.

There is no delivery charge if you collect orders from us, or, if the delivery address is within a 40 mile radius of postcode FK14 7LR - in either case, please place your order by telephone. Please contact us to arrange local delivery or collection.  A location map is provided on our Contact page for your information.
